I made these cupcakes for E's class for Halloween but this time I changed the grave stones from Fig Newtons to Pepperidge Farm Milano cookies. There's a
tutorial on Instructables (where I entered their Halloween food contest!)
Glowing eye- Halloween Activity
Our crowd made these eyes as one of our "craftivities" this Halloween.
After everyone came back from the street- and sorted through their candy (and ate a fair amount) we sat around the table and made these "eyes", created by a friend and co-worker for Family Fun several years ago. Easy and cheap- I used my Michaels coupon to buy a container of tea candles (yeah! coupons) and while they put their initials on finished eyes - I didn't get a picture of all of the eyes together before they went home- here are a few of the cast offs.
Pretty simple to make.
Cut an X in the Ping-Pong ball (an adult's job).
I did this step ahead of time.
Slip the x over the tea candle "flame".
Draw eye details on the ball with permanent markers.
